The Twitter session at the SABEW annual conference in Denver was packed. If you missed it or just want to know what Twitter is all about, you have another chance. Sandeep Junnarkar, digital media professor at CUNY’s Graduate School of Journalism, will recreate his Using Twitter and Social Networking Sites in Reporting on Tuesday, June 2 at 3 p.m. Eastern Time. You will learn how to harness the power of social media to improve sourcing, reporting and increase traffic to your news site. It’s a hands-on session to help you learn to use Twitter, Delicious, Blogtalkradio and other services.

This will be a Webex training session. You will learn a lot, have some fun, and it’s free!

Webex is an online conference tool that allows remote participants to see the presenter’s desktop or any applications s/he chooses to demonstrate. Audio is provided by a standard conference call system.
