An investigation into the checkered history of two brothers who emerged as powerful behind-the-scenes players in Nashville’s nightclub scene stood out. The reporting, writing and editing were worthy of a national publication. The “Mapping Nashville” feature combined narrative with powerful visuals. In all, the NBJ’s entries revealed a sophisticated understanding of the major forces influencing business and the economy in the region.
