Committee Objectives:
- Review, interpret, and update SABEW’s bylaws.
- Help the SABEW board address and resolve governance and leadership issues.
- Provide information to new board members on SABEW programs, finances, and plans for the future.
- Provide an understanding of how the board operates, how the staff and board work together, and what the board's roles and responsibilities are within the association.
- Develop ongoing educational opportunities for the entire board.
- Evaluate the performance of the board itself.
