- Judges’ Comments – Fortune tackled a sensitive, important question with nuance, reached out to the often-slighted world of women experts to inform its analysis and told the story in a precise but approachable way. It was all packaged in a vibrant layout with engaging photography. It deftly used humor here and there to underscore a serious problem, as when executive searcher Martha Josephson says she’s sick of being asked for “‘a Sheryl’ (Sandberg) as if it’s something you can order from Amazon.” The result is an enjoyable, illuminating read.
