Now that control of the pandemic seems more than a distant dream, when will we return to our offices or worksites? Or will we return? What will employers be thinking about when they decide who and how–or if– we go back? What role will employees play in the decision? What’s at stake?
Harvard Business School Prof. Prithwiraj (Raj) Choudhury studies the future of work, especially the changing geography of work. Joe Wall, managing director of Government Affairs at Goldman Sachs, was involved in a recent survey of how 1,300 small businesses have fared in the pandemic. Brian Kropp, Chief of Research and Group Vice President at Gartner, oversees the lines of business that support Chief Human Resources and their leadership teams. They will be joined by Washington Post business reporter Jena McGregor, who recently wrote, “Six ways your office will be different in 2021, assuming you ever go back to it.”
The symposium is produced by SABEW’s Health Care Project, supported by a grant from The Commonwealth Fund.
