Deadline Friday, April 17, for candidates in SABEW’s 2026 Board of Governors Election

Serving on the SABEW Board of Governors is a great opportunity for business journalists to shape the future of the organization and build a stronger industry.

Six seats are open on the SABEW Board of Governors with three-year terms ending in 2029. If you are interested in running, please complete this nomination form by 5 p.m. ET on Friday, April 17. Candidates must be SABEW members in good standing at the time of nomination and for the duration of their term. Membership is defined in Article III: Membership, Section 1 of SABEW’s bylaws.

Online voting will open at 12 p.m. ET on Friday, May 1, and close at 12 p.m. ET on Friday, May 8.

You must be a current individual or institutional member to receive a ballot. Ballots are sent from Opavote.org, our online voting provider. Institutional members receive one vote, with ballots going to the main contact on their membership. Individual members will receive their ballot at the email address connected to their membership profile.
