Laurryn Thomas is a senior multimedia journalism student at the University of South Carolina with a minor in political science. She is from Greenville, South Carolina and attended Greenville Technical Charter high school where she graduated with 49 credit hours from Greenville Technical College. Laurryn is graduating in three years and hopes to pursue a career as a local reporter before moving on to bigger markets and one day getting her Master’s degree. She has written for The Daily Gamecock, The Lexington Ledger, and for website and newsletters at the Kennedy Pharmacy and Innovation Center.
