SABEW24 FAQ
Attire: The dress code for #SABEW24 is business casual. Meeting rooms can get chilly, so we recommend layers for your comfort.
Conference host/venue: #SABEW24 is taking place at Medill School of Journalism, Media, Integrated Marketing Communications on Northwestern University’s downtown Chicago campus located at 303 E. Wacker Dr. Suite 1600, Chicago, IL.
Parking: There is parking available in various lots near the conference venue. These are daily pay lots and only accept credit cards. Payment can be done through the ParkChirp website or their app.

- One Two Pru Public Parking: 398 Lower East Lake St., Chicago, IL
Airports: Two airports are available when flying to Chicago.
- Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is approximately 18 miles from Medill
- Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW) is approximately 12 miles from Medill
Hotel: Discounted rooms are available at the Aloft Chicago Mag Mile located at 243 East Ontario Street, Chicago, IL 60611. The hotel is 0.5 miles from the venue. The room rate is $149 per night plus tax (currently 17.4%) **subject to change. This block is available until Tuesday, March 19, 2024 or until the block is full (whichever comes first.) Virtual option: #SABEW24 is an in-person event.
Refunds: Cancellations must be sent via email to SABEW@SABEW.org. All cancellations must be in writing. There is a $50 processing fee for all cancellations until March 20. After that date, requests for refunds will be considered case by case.
