SABEW selected two journalists as Sho Fellows for #SABEW25, which took place April 3 – 5, 2025, at the Hyatt Centric Arlington.

SABEW started The Sho Fund to salute Shobhana Chandra’s legacy and honor her contributions to the profession and the organization. The Sho Fund aims to attract journalists of color and help them in their careers by supporting professional development opportunities.
