Committee Objectives:
- Assess the composition of the current board and identify gaps in competencies or demographics.
- Recruit new board members identifying current and projected vacancies on the board.
- Oversee SABEW’s Distinguished Achievement Award Winner selection process.
- Advise the board succession planning process.
- Ensure a fair election process is administered by the SABEW staff.
