What is business journalism? Is it a good career choice for you?

Top business and economic journalists will discuss their career paths, what they do on a day-to-day basis and how much they get paid in a frank conversation about what this field is all about — and whether it’s right for you. There will be a panel discussion followed by plenty of time for audience Q&A. This session is especially targeted to college and graduate students, but it is open to anyone thinking about a career in business journalism.

Wednesday, February 3, 4-5 p.m. EST
Hear from New York Times economics reporter Ben Casselman, The Economist globalization editor Soumaya Keynes, NPR Planet Money Indicator host Cardiff de Alejo Garcia, and Slate senior business correspondent Jordan Weissmann.
