- Judges’ Comments – The pieces hung together, were well written and had some interesting graphic elements that gave local color to the reporting — you feel like you are walking the streets yourself. The coverage delved into the business and economic challenges at work and used those expositions to steer the overall narrative of the town’s plight. Basically, they were stories detailing how underlying economic developments were affecting town life.
