In this webinar, Tom Akana, advisor and research fellow at the Consumer Finance Institute of the Philadelphia Federal Reserve, will share the results of a study on how Americans have coped financially during the pandemic.
Akana will talk about
• The key findings of a year-long survey he launched at the beginning of the pandemic. They address many personal finance issues, like paying credit cards, rent, etc.
• Which sources of third-party private data he cross-checked his survey results against and what criteria he used in that selection
• Will there be a continued role for using third-party data in federal systems as the urgent need for timely personal finance information dissipates with the pandemic.
