Fellowships

Apply for one of SABEW’s fellowships to support your professional development.

  • Goldschmidt Fellowship: funded by a grant from the Walter and Karla Goldschmidt Foundation, fellows attend advanced data workshops in Washington, D.C., and/or the Federal Reserve bank of St. Louis.
  • Xana Fellowship: in honor of SABEW board member Xana Antunes, offers mid-career female journalists a chance to sharpen leadership skills and broaden professional knowledge.
  • Sho Fellowship: in honor of SABEW board member Shobhana (Sho) Chandra, awarded to journalists of color to attend the annual SABEW conference.
  • Health Care Fellows: supported by a grant from The Commonwealth Fund, fellows attend SABEW’s annual Health Care Symposium.
